I didn’t receive/can’t find my parking pass.

You should always receive an email after booking a reservation which contains your parking pass. If you do not receive an email from us within 15 minutes after booking a reservation, please log into parkchirp.com and head to Hourly Purchases within the Account section. If you still do not see your reservation, please contact ParkChirp support at support@parkchirp.com.

What is ParkChirp’s cancellation policy?

You may refund your reservation at any time prior to the reservation start time. You will receive a full refund on your original purchase amount.

How do I refund my parking?

Visit the “Hourly Purchases” page located within the Account section. You will be prompted to log in to your account if you are not already logged in. There will be a “Request Refund” link underneath any reservation that has not started yet. If your reservation time has already started and you still need a refund, please send an email to support@parkchirp.com with your request. Please include your full transaction ID with your request. Thank you!

How long does it take to receive a refund?

The timing of your refund depends on your bank. You can typically expect to receive a refund within 3-5 business days.

Do I have to enter and exit at the exact times on the parking pass?

You may enter the garage any time after the start time on your reservation, and you may exit the garage any time before the end time on your reservation.

What happens if I stay past my reservation time?

If you remain in the parking facility past your reservation time, then you will be subject to additional charge (at garage posted rates). The overstay policies are established by the operator of each parking facility. In some cases, staying past your reservation time acould result in a ticket or potentially being towed by the parking facility operator.

Can I extend my reservation?

At this time, we do not have the ability to extend reservations once you have entered the garage. However, you can stay in the garage longer and pay the posted parking rates, or cancel your reservation and rebook another reservation with a longer timeframe if you have not already entered the garage.

How can I change my reservation time?

To change your reservation time, you simply refund and then rebook your reservation before your reservation begins. Please follow “How do I refund my parking” for assistance.

How do I redeem my parking pass?

Instructions that are specific to your garage are displayed in your parking pass.

How do I change my password?

Visit the Change Password page located within the Account Settings area. You will be prompted to log in to your account if you are not already logged in.

Do I have in-and-out privileges?

Hourly Parkers: For most garages, in-and-out privileges are not allowed for hourly parkers. Each location will specify the in-and-out privileges in the “Things You Should Know” section. You can find “Things You Should Know” after clicking on the “Details” tab next to each facility after a search.

Monthly Parkers: In most cases, in-and-out privileges are allowed for customers who purchase monthly parking passes.
